Why we ask for ₦2,000 up front. Too many orders were placed by people who were never home to collect. The reservation keeps the promo open for serious buyers and lets us keep delivery free. It comes off your total, and it's refunded in full if the watch isn't as advertised. It is not refunded if you simply don't collect.

No. Your total stays ₦55,500 — you pay ₦2,000 now and ₦53,500 to the delivery agent.

What if the watch isn't what I expected?

You inspect it before paying the balance. If it isn't exactly as shown, don't pay, and we refund the ₦2,000 to the account you paid from within 48 hours.

What if I'm not around on the day?

Message us on WhatsApp before the rider leaves and we'll move your date once. If nobody is available and we don't hear from you, the reservation is forfeited.

Is the FESTINA original?

Yes. That's why we let you inspect it in your hands before the balance is paid.

Is delivery really free?

Yes, to all 36 states and the FCT, usually within 1–2 days.
